| Carol has worked with Veronica for the past 12 years and ensures the smooth running of the administrative side of the practice. She is responsible for making appointments, dealing with telephone enquiries and sending out reports. She is in the office on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays between 9.30 am and 2.30 pm. Carol has a degree in Psychology from Southampton University. She has two teenage sons and fully understands the concerns of parents with regard to their children’s education. |
